Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking). Previous experience in warehouse supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to access information on IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices.
• Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations: oversee receipt, handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Lead and manage warehouse staff: provide direction and supervision to warehouse personnel.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations: maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent shortages or excess.
• Coordinate loading and unloading of goods.
• Implement and maintain organized storage systems.
• Conduct quality control checks on goods received and dispatched.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
• Liaise with internal departments and external partners.
• Resolve operational issues and bottlenecks to maintain uptime.
• Train new employees on procedures and safety.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
• Assist in inventory audits and stocktaking.
• Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Implement process improvements.
• Demonstrate PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
