Prospect Airport Services is seeking a supervisor to oversee agents across shifts, ensuring daily activities are performed safely and efficiently. The role coordinates dispatching, equipment and assignments for arriving and departing flights.

The position requires leadership in supervising supervisors and agents, managing schedules, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, safety policies, and company procedures. Ability to work rotating shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid Driving License.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of supervisors, leads and agents in warehouse duties.
• Manage shift schedules including workstation assignments, training, vacations, breaks and overtime.
• Communicate with the station manager regarding problems or issues.
• Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
• Assist in payroll administration and shift paperwork.
• Monitor and enforce safe working conditions per regulations, company policies and laws.

Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising agents to their assigned shifts to ensure the daily activities are performed safely and efficiently. Manage dispatching agents and applicable equipment to their arriving and departing flights, planes, and assignments.

Job Duties:

• Supervise team of supervisors, leads and agents in warehouse duties.
• Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignments, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations.
• Communicate with the station manager concerning any problems or issues.
• Schedules and conducts shift meetings.
• Assists in the administration of payroll; completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions.
• Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws.
• Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity.
• Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.

Working conditions:

• Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.
• Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
