Job summary

SDI Presence LLC is hiring a Junior Systems Administrator - Video Systems to manage enterprise Genetec video management systems within a large airport environment. The role focuses on Genetec Security Center (Omnicast) and requires strong IT infrastructure experience along with exposure to video, security, or physical systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT infrastructure or desktop support and will work with field technicians, project teams and stakeholders to ensure reliable video

Qualifications

3+ years supporting enterprise IT systems in large environments.
Genetec video management experience preferred or strong exposure to video systems.
Strong IP video systems knowledge including cameras, encoders, and storage.
Proficient in Windows servers and network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Support Genetec video management systems including configuration and monitoring.
Troubleshoot video stack including cameras, encoders, servers and network.
Configure camera provisioning, recording roles, archiving and system parameters.
Collaborate with field technicians and project teams to validate installations.
