Job summary

Geometrics is seeking multiple Construction Managers – Vertical Projects to support key infrastructure improvements on airport projects. The construction manager oversees utility, roads and vertical construction projects across the airport.

This role will support both new construction and renovation efforts, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Architecture, Project or Construction Management or related.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing projects of similar size, type and complexity; aviation PM experience preferred.
• Familiarity with building codes and standards, and ability to interpret design documents and contract specifications.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations, airport safety standards, and environmental compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office Suites.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vertical construction in concourse/terminal areas to follow plans and codes
• Coordinate daily activities with contractors and stakeholders
• Review schedules, monitor progress, identify risks or delays
• Support change management through approvals
• Interpret design documents and contract specs accurately
• Ensure compliance with minimum code requirements and quality
• Facilitate cross-team issue resolution and project momentum
• Provide field oversight and defect tracking
