Job summary

Parking Concepts, Inc. is hiring a Valet Attendant (Full-Time) to park and retrieve customer vehicles and provide outstanding customer service at the airport location.

The role requires professional appearance, prompt service, and careful handling of vehicles while adhering to TSA and location procedures. The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of valet experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a valet attendant is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Must be able to pass a background screening.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve customer vehicles promptly and safely.
• Inspect vehicles before processing and confirm transactions with customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform policy.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service using polite language.
• Assist with unloading luggage and ensuring not to damage items.
• Ensure the customer completes inspection and transaction, including text notifications.
• Maintain vehicle and key control at end of shift.
• Open doors for drivers/passengers when possible and assist with questions or complaints.
• Adhere to location-specific valet procedures at all times.
• Contribute to a clean valet stand and parking areas.
