LAZ Parking is seeking a friendly Valet Attendant to welcome travelers at the airport, park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and maintain smooth traffic flow in a fast-paced environment.

You will wear uniforms, provide outstanding service, and follow safety procedures. The role requires a valid driver's license, at least 2 years driving, and the ability to work weekends and varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• At least 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with enthusiasm upon arrival and departure.
• Greet customers professionally and create a positive first impression.
• Assist customers with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
• Provide directions regarding parking services, shuttle locations, and facility operations.
• Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner.
• Issue valet tickets and explain retrieval process.
• Manage vehicle keys according to procedures.
• Direct traffic and maintain organized flow in high-volume areas.
• Keep parking areas clean, safe, and operationally efficient.
• Protect customer vehicles while in company care.
• Support teammates during peak travel periods.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
