Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is seeking a Training Manager at Charlotte/Douglas International Airport to plan, develop, and implement training schedules aligning with TSA certification goals.

The role coordinates TSA training activities across hub/spoke airports, briefs leadership on training status, and ensures compliance with ATSA and DHS directives while supervising staff. Applicants should be prepared for managerial duties at the airport.

Qualifications

• Experience in training program management and development.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with TSA/ATSA training requirements and DHS directives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement airport training schedules to meet TSA goals.
• Coordinate training for Security Training Instructors and Assistants.
• Schedule STI/ATI and Training Technicians with leadership to cover all work requirements.
• Evaluate training programs to identify resources and equipment needs.
• Provide supervision and leadership for staff and program delivery.
