• Experience planning and implementing training schedules to meet certification goals.
• Ability to coordinate training for large teams across hubs and spokes.
• Knowledge of DHS/TSA training requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement airport training schedules and annual training plan.
• Coordinate all required TSO training across assigned airports.
• Brief management on training status and workforce readiness.
• Coordinate scheduling of Training Instructors and Technicians to meet workload.
• Disseminate updates and decisions affecting training and compliance.
• Evaluate training programs to identify resource needs and improvements.
• Facilitate airport training including special programs (BDO, BAO) delivery.
• Supervise staff: set priorities, review performance, approve leave, coach.
• Oversee strategic planning and assignment of tasks within the unit.
• Support DHS TSA-wide benefits and employee development initiatives.
