Job summary

gategroup is seeking a proactive Unit Representative to operate from the Airport Tower, coordinating gate changes, aircraft swaps, and delays for our major customer. This full-time role requires strong data interpretation and the ability to communicate changes to dispatch, catering, and transportation teams.

The position involves monitoring flight schedules, directing on-field operations, and acting as a voice in delay discussions while ensuring compliance with customer specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in a customer service capacity required.
• 1 year experience directing the work of others.
• Experience working in the airline industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data from custom computer screens and communicates airline changes to dispatch and catering teams.
• Monitors airline times and ensures catering teams complete flights as assigned.
• Monitors driver time on the ramp and alerts management when on-time departure is jeopardized.
