Qualifications

• Minimum 3-4 years of related cooking experience in a high-volume casual dining setting.
• Advanced knowledge of soups, sauces, and pantry items.
• Ability to teach knife cutting skills and dry/moist cooking principles.
• Food safety knowledge and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities
