Qualifications

• BS Engineering or Construction Management or similar curriculum and 6 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily civil construction operations for airport terminal project, including site prep, grading, drainage, utilities, and paving.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and airport requirements.
• Integrate quality control team and monitor quality throughout construction.
• Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and implement recovery plans.
• Collaborate with airport authorities, contractors, and project managers for seamless execution.
• Manage documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress records.
• Lead site meetings with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to address updates and issues.
• Ensure the project adheres to budget and provide accurate cost tracking and forecasting.
