Qualifications

• BS Engineering/Construction Management required.
• 6 years of demonstrated construction experience or equivalent accepted.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance including SWAC/SIDA and fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field supervision of finish contractors, ensuring safe, compliant installations.
• Coordinate phasing and work sequencing in active airport facilities to minimize operational impact and maintain schedule.
• Ensure compliance with building/fire codes and contract requirements; support inspections with AHJ and stakeholders.
• Manage submittals, redlines/as-builts, punch lists, and system turnover documentation.
• Support testing and turnover to achieve system acceptance.
• Maintain field records and daily reports, contribute to cost and change documentation.
• Direct construction activities and coordinate with client representatives on site.
