Job summary

Daifuku Airport America Corporation seeks an experienced Associate Project Manager to lead the delivery of Airport Baggage Handling systems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams from mechanical, electrical, and software engineering to design, install and commission customer solutions at major airports.

Reporting to the Executive Manager of Project Management, you will manage scope, schedule and budget, travel as needed, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in material handling or construction.
• Knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera or MS Project).
• Ability to manage multi-year, multi-million dollar baggage handling projects and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deadlines and budget goals for baggage handling systems across multi-year programs.
• Foster trust and communication among sponsors, users, resources and project team members.
• Utilize a flexible toolkit to track tasks and adapt the approach per project requirements.
• Capture lessons learned and drive improvements in project outcomes.
