Be Relax Spa at Newark Liberty International Airport is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager who is passionate about beauty, wellness, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure a relaxing client experience.

The role requires 1–2 years in spa and retail settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail sales experience
• 1-2 years spa experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Ensure compliance with labor and state licensing laws and regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through dashboards and KPIs
• Implement up-selling strategies to maximize spa and team activity
• Promote brand visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling
• Assist with spa walk-throughs and note maintenance needs
• Handle payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits and reporting
• Follow all practice policies and protocols
• Provide a comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients
• Perform other duties as assigned
