Responsibilities

• Lead and develop shuttle driver team in Sacramento, CA.
• Plan, schedule, train and direct on-site shuttle drivers.
• Identify high-potential employees to support growth.
• Ensure routes and pickup times meet schedules.
• Handle payroll sign-off and wage/hour compliance with HR.
• Oversee opening of new locations and client satisfaction.
• Manage location budgets and revenue enhancements.
• Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports.
