Job summary

LAZ Airport Services in Denver is seeking an Operations Manager to lead frontline teams and drive safe, efficient shuttle transportation at Denver International Airport. You will manage supervision, scheduling, and daily operations to meet service levels and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Valid license with at least two years of driving experience.
• Leadership experience in transportation, parking, logistics, or airport operations.
• Strong customer service, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Ability to identify operational opportunities and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shuttle transportation operations to meet service levels.
• Monitor performance and address disruptions or opportunities quickly.
• Ensure compliance with airport requirements, policies, safety standards and contracts.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Lead frontline staff and supervisors, coaching and developing teams.
• Prepare and deliver operational and financial reports as required.
