Aufgaben

• Supervise daily field operations of shuttle bus services to ensure safe and efficient transportation.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and policy compliance.
• Ensure on-time service delivery and proper route coverage.
• Conduct routine observations of employees, equipment, and work areas.
• Respond to operational incidents, accidents, and service disruptions per protocol.
• Prepare incident reports and shift reports and other operational documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and client representatives.
• Provide coaching and support to drivers and field personnel.
• Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staffing coverage, shift assignments, and operational adjustments.
• Monitor passenger service interactions and address concerns professionally.
• Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
