Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in transportation/logistics.
• Valid CDL driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment.
• Basic computer skills (email, reports, scheduling).

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field operations of shuttle bus services to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and adherence to policies and safety procedures.
• Ensure on-time service delivery and proper route coverage.
• Conduct routine observations/inspections of employees, equipment, and work areas.
• Respond to operational incidents, accidents, and service disruptions per protocols.
• Complete incident and shift reports and operational documentation accurately.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and client representatives.
• Provide coaching and support to drivers and field personnel.
• Enforce safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist with staffing coverage and shift assignments as needed.
