Responsibilities

• Coordinates shuttle operations and supervises Bus Operators and Fueler/Cleaners.
• Conducts quality improvement inspections and ensures safety and passenger satisfaction.
• Provides guidance, training support, and leadership to the team.
• Monitors bus rotation, schedules, and time sheets; completes reports.
• Delivers excellent guest service and responds to inquiries professionally.
