Job summary

Fast Park & Relax Orlando is seeking safe drivers to provide reliable shuttle transportation between our parking lot and Orlando International Airport. You will operate the shuttle, assist passengers with luggage, and uphold safety standards on an overnight schedule.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, and availability for the 10pm–6am overnight shift in Orlando. Customer service and safe driving are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and work 12am–8am.
• Experience in customer service and working with diverse populations.
• Proven safe driving record and adherence to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle bus in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations, following pre-determined routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of trip counts and other required documentation.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the shuttle bus, both inside and out.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing their questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist passengers with luggage or other belongings.
• Communicate effectively with guest ambassadors / dispatchers and other team members to coordinate routes and schedules.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in mandatory training programs as required by DOT regulations and company policy.
• Report any accidents or incidents immediately to the appropriate authorities and company personnel.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

• Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Experience

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate and work 12am – 8am.
• Experience working with diverse populations and providing excellent customer service.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe driving record and adhere to safety regulations.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.
