Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking experienced shuttle drivers for full‑time night shifts (Sun–Thu, 9:00pm–6:00am) at the GSP Airport. A valid driver’s license, DOT readiness, and ability to obtain a DOT physical are required.

You will safely transport passengers, assist boarding, and maintain high standards of safety and service. We offer competitive pay, health benefits, a 401k, paid time off, paid training, uniforms, and free parking during shifts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of driving experience.
• Must comply with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating company vehicles.
• Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest (100% of the time).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting, including ADA passengers if applicable.
• Communicate effectively and work in a team to maximize productivity.
• Perform daily tasks professionally while driving.

The Spirit Of The Position

A LAZ Shuttle Driver is responsible for the effective, efficient and safe transportation, loading and unloading of passengers & employees to and from the assigned destinations, and to ensure that all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers.

Principle Job Duties

• Safely operating company vehicles.
• GET 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers if applicable.
• Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
• Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of driving experience.
• Comply with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
• Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
• Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)

Physical Demands

• Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs
