Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking experienced shuttle drivers for multiple locations in Georgia. This role is non-CDL and offers hourly pay with tips ranging from $13 to $18, depending on location. Shifts include full-time, part-time, and overnight; contact for details.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of driving with a clean record, be able to read and speak English, hold a valid driver's license, and pass a DOT physical. Training provided and uniforms furnished.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shuttle driving experience with a good driving record.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Flexibility to work weekends/holidays; adapt to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating company shuttle vehicles.
• Assist passengers boarding and exiting the vehicle, including ADA passengers when applicable.
• Provide reliable, professional transportation services and maintain safety standards.

LAZ Shuttle Driver is responsible for the effective, efficient and safe transportation, loading and unloading of passengers & employees to and from the assigned destinations, and to ensure that all activities support the safety and welfare of all passengers. Driver provides a reliable transportation service with a commitment to safety while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and excellence in our operations.

Principle Job Duties

• Safely operating company vehicles.
• GET 100 (Greet, Engage, and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers if applicable.
• Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
• Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.

Requirements

• 3+ or more years of shuttle driving experience is required for some locations.
• Comply with Federal DOT, State Rules/Regulations, and Company Policy.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
• Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift
• Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain, sleet, snow, heat, high wind, etc.)

Physical Demands

• Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs
