Job summary

The role also supports administrative coordination and on-shift supervision of CTS.

Qualifications

• Valid state Driver’s License required.
• Ability to meet company/insurance driving requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and perform repeated loading/unloading.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization skills and comfort with basic administrative work.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers between parking lots, garages, terminals, and other locations.
• Deliver concierge-level service with directions and courteous, professional support.
• Load, secure, and unload luggage, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks; keep vehicles clean and presentable.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and company procedures.
• Serve as on-shift point of contact for transportation-related questions and updates.
