KB Luxury Group is seeking a Concierge Transportation Specialist to provide safe, timely transportation of passengers and operational items across airport properties. This role is customer-facing with a service-first mindset and requires driving shuttle-size vehicles.

The position is on airport grounds, requiring airport badge, background check, and random drug testing. Shifts include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays with both full-time and part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license required.
• Ability to meet company/insurance driving requirements (acceptable driving record).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repeated loading/unloading.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; ability to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers between parking lots, garages, terminals, and other assigned locations.
• Deliver a concierge-level experience by greeting passengers, assisting with directions, and providing courteous, professional support.
• Load, secure, and unload luggage, supplies, tools, and equipment as needed.
• Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks and report concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety rules, and company procedures at all times.
• Communicate timing, passenger needs, delays, route changes, and incidents to leadership.
• Support operational runs by moving supplies/tools between locations with safe lifting practices.
• Maintain an on-time schedule and performance.
