Job summary

Vectour Group, Inc. is seeking an Employee Shuttle Driver (HJAIA) to transport airport employees to and from parking facilities safely. Candidates must hold a valid CDL and a clean driving record, with willingness to work nights and weekends. Prior shuttle bus driving is a plus.

Greet staff, operate a 14+ passenger shuttle, perform pre/post trip inspections, and maintain radio communication with dispatch. Safety and DOT compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement for passenger operations.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Willingness to work 3rd shift and/or weekends per location needs.
• Ability to read simple instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet employees and provide outstanding customer service.
• Drive a 14+ passenger bus to and from management designated locations.
• Drive shuttle bus defensively, obeying all traffic laws.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with 3 or fewer points.
• Complete daily vehicle pre/post trip inspections and note damages or defects.
• Communicate with dispatchers via radio and follow instructions for staging or pickup.
• Learn and follow prescribed routes around the airport.
• Complete incident forms when accidents occur.
• Check driver schedule and assignment for each bus.
• Use Zonar device or pre/post inspection tools for bus checks.
• Record passenger totals and fuel/mileage data as required.
