Job summary

MERA RD2 operates within Raleigh-Durham International Airport, overseeing shift supervision across multiple concepts, including Guy's Pizza Joint and Raleigh Beer Garden. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, guest experience, and maintaining high service standards within airport operations.

Starting pay is $22.00 per hour. The shift supervisor will lead teams, ensure compliance with safety rules, and support training while working flexible hours to match flight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues within company guidelines.
• Ensure opening, closing, cash-handling, and shift procedures are completed accurately.
• Monitor staffing needs and communicate operational concerns to management.
