Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in the United States seeks an Airport Services Product Manager for North America to lead portfolio strategy, development, and partner oversight of airport services. You will drive roadmaps, customer value, and revenue growth across issuers and airport partners.

The role requires strong product management expertise, commercial acumen, and a track record of managing travel-related benefits that enhance cardholder experiences. Occasional travel to markets may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5-8 years in product management, business strategy, in financial services, travel, hospitality, or services sectors.
• Experience working with external partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and multi-year roadmaps for airport services in North America, including access to Mastercard Collection assets (Airport Lounges, Fast Track, Taste by Priceless).
• Lead opportunity assessments, business cases, and financial modeling for new products and enhancements.
• Establish and manage relationships with airport service providers, lounge operators, and technology vendors; oversee governance and SLAs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Delivery to create go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and provide recommendations to optimize value and profitability.
