Qualifications

• 5 years in a leadership position managing teams of 20+ employees.
• 3 years supervisory experience in scheduling, coaching, and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of airline and catering security regulations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign Security Agents to ensure proper coverage.
• Serve as liaison for airline customers, catering units, TSA, and other authorities.
• Maintain security records per requirements and prepare regular activity reports.
• Conduct training/orientation for employees and support recruitment efforts.
• Ensure compliance with all government, customer, and internal requirements.
