Job summary

ACTS Airport Services is hiring full-time Aviation Security Officers for the 2nd shift at Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.

Shift runs 2:00pm – 10:00pm with competitive wages and benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid vacations and holidays. Officers monitor access, screen personnel and vehicles, conduct perimeter checks, respond to incidents and emergencies, and uphold TSA procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years verifiable contract security, military or law enforcement experience.
• Must be able to pass TSA security checks and background screening.
• Must be at least 21 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Control access to restricted areas and log authorized personnel.
• Screen and log persons/vehicles at restricted points.
• Conduct vehicle inspections at perimeter access points.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and provide escorts as needed.
• Maintain constant alertness and report safety concerns.
