Job summary

ACTS Airport Services is hiring Aviation Security Officers for the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. The role supports security operations on the 1st shift (6:00am–2:00pm) with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. Duties include access control, screening, vehicle inspections and incident response.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have at least two (2) years verifiable security, military or law enforcement experience.
• Must be able to pass TSA security assessments and background checks.
• Must be able to work 6:00am–2:00pm shifts at the airport.

Responsibilities

• Control access to restricted airport areas and verify authorization.
• Screen and log people and vehicles at access points.
• Conduct vehicle inspections at perimeter access points and in secure zones.
• Perform screening of employees, vendors, visitors and belongings using screening equipment.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring safety and security.
