The role involves greeting customers, guiding the rental return process, and ensuring fast, friendly service. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States with no sponsorship required now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive on the lot using prescribed dialogue.
• Assist in the rental return process and review charges with customers.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and assist in keeping records up to date.
• Perform miscellaneous duties and support the team to ensure smooth operations.
