Job summary

OTG is seeking a Retail Associate at ORD to deliver exceptional guest experiences by combining friendly service with effective merchandising and inventory support. You will operate the POS, assist guests at checkout, maintain displays, restock merchandise, and ensure product freshness.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, able to lift up to 35 pounds, and willing to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. ServSafe certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Fully conversational in English.
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Available to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests quickly and professionally.
• Process cash, card, vouchers and other transactions accurately.
• Educate guests on products and promotions.
• Maintain knowledge of products and store offerings and share info with guests.
• Restock merchandise and keep displays attractive and organized.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness and visibility.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe environment.
• Assist with barista and other retail support functions as required.
