Job summary

SSP America is hiring for a Utility at the Seattle area locations within the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. You will help keep our restaurants and units clean and sanitized, supporting a safe guest experience and smooth operations across multiple brands.

We expect at least 6 months experience in retail or food service, along with basic reading and spoken English. This is a full-time role with benefits, opportunities for growth, and an employee assistance program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in retail or food service.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Verbal and written communication.
• Must read, speak and understand English.
• Experience handling guest service problems.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive guest experience by cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment (floors, walls, tables, etc.).
• Remove refuse to designated areas.
• Clear and reset tables and transport service-ware for cleaning.
• Wash dishes by hand or load dishwasher and store properly.
• Clean equipment using chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Assist guests with requests and communicate needs to staff.
• Load/unload supply trucks and manage storage areas.
• Stock, date, rotate, and check temperatures of food items.
