Job summary

Mission Yogurt is seeking a Shift Lead for Taco Bell Cantina inside the Denver Airport. The role oversees daily operations, supervising team members and ensuring high guest satisfaction. Open availability required, weekends are a must, with competitive wage and benefit package.

Responsibilities include maintaining standards, coaching staff, managing labor costs, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across FOH/BOH areas. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year back-of-house and front-of-house restaurant lead experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, flexible schedules and holidays.
• Energetic, positive, self-motivated and professional appearance.
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Basic computer literacy and math; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to pass a 10-year TSA background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring all food and products are prepared and served to recipe and standard.
• Control waste and record waste using approved guidelines.
• Maintain knife logs and temperature logs.
• Fill in on the line to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Coach and train team members in FOH and BOH.
• Oversee training of new employees and onboarding.
• Assist with labor management to meet activity and labor cost objectives.
• Maintain cleaning schedules for FOH, BOH and storage areas.
• Provide safety training for lifting and handling hazardous materials.
• Respond to customer feedback and take corrective action.
