Job summary

SSP America is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW) to lead a high-volume airport dining operation. You will supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensuring top-quality food safety, cost control, and exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
