Job summary

Bambuza Hospitality Group seeks a experienced General Manager to lead on-site operations at SEA. You will oversee three existing restaurants, drive financial performance, ensure top-tier guest experiences, and mentor a diverse team in a fast-paced airport setting.

Role requires 4+ years in restaurant management, compliance with food-handling and alcohol permits, and the ability to work flexible shifts across all locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years restaurant management experience or equivalent.
• Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving permits are REQUIRED before the start of work.
• Airport management experience strongly preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Train on multiple brand standards, learning all store operations.
• Ensure food safety standards and procedures and perform safety checks.
• Comply with airport security protocols and badge access requirements.
• Be a consistent presence across all shifts to understand customer flow and staff needs.
• Manage safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and reward staff; schedule to meet contractual expectations.
• Maintain vendor relationships, inventory, and delivery schedules to ensure product availability.
