Job summary

SIXT at the airport branch is seeking a sales-driven customer service specialist to guide customers through the car rental process and identify upsell opportunities. You will be the friendly face, building rapport and driving service excellence.

You will earn an hourly rate of $19.20 with uncapped bonuses, aiming for annual earnings between $55,000 and $70,000. Flexible hours, comprehensive benefits, and development opportunities are offered to successful candidates.

Qualifications

Proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Comfortable in a commission-driven environment and under pressure.
Willing to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Valid US driver's license; eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers with a service-oriented, sales-minded approach.
Greet customers and guide them through the car rental process, identifying needs from the start.
Upsell upgrades, protection, fuel options, and additional services to maximize each interaction.
Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling with performance-based earnings.
Handle inquiries with urgency, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset.
