Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, customer-focused role at our airport locations in Florida. You will assist customers during the rental and return process, check vehicles, and handle loyalty rentals with a focus on service excellence.

The position requires basic computer skills, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work outdoors. On-site presence is required, with training provided and a range of benefits available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus.
• Regular, on-site presence required; cannot be remote.
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check vehicles and enter information into a handheld device.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers.
• Assist customers at exit gates and check in vehicles at return.
