Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) seeks a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. You will lead your team to complete daily tasks and meet performance standards, while training new hires with the tools they need for success and delivering excellent customer service.

You will follow all safety policies, promote MLS values and culture, manage time effectively, and provide performance reports. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a non-CDL driver’s license

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of supervision or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL).
• A clean driving record is preferred but not required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to complete daily tasks and meet performance standards.
• Provide training to new hires with the necessary tools for success.
• Deliver outstanding service and professionalism to customers.
• Follow safety policies and promote a safety-focused environment.
• Represent MLS values, vision and culture to associates.
• Work under minimal supervision with strong time management.
• Follow management direction and be able to sit/stand as required.
• Provide reports on performance targets and maintain operations.
• Adapt to changing schedules and perform other duties as needed.
