Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location in Florida. You will lead a team, ensure daily tasks are completed, and monitor performance standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include training new hires, maintaining safety, and reporting on performance targets. This role requires flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday shifts, with advancement opportunities within MLS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL) required.

Responsibilities
