Job summary

MLS is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location in Seattle to lead a team, train new hires, and represent the company with top-tier service. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to policies, and strong performance management.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (non CDL) required.
• A clean driving record is preferred but not required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience driving a variety of vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team to complete daily tasks and meet performance standards.
• Provide training to new hires to ensure success.
• Deliver excellent service and professionalism to customers.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and promote a safety culture.
• Represent MLS values, vision and culture to associates.
• Operate with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Follow management direction and be able to sit/stand as needed to perform duties.
• Provide reports on performance targets and maintain operations.
• Adjust to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required.
