Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL).
• 18+ years old.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers dropping off rental cars.
• Expedite the return process for quick throughput.
• Explain charges on invoices and resolve issues professionally.
• Secure vehicle keys and verify documentation.
• Inspect vehicle and record damages, gas, and mileage for the next customer.
