Job summary

First Meridian Services is hiring for a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport-based quick-service setting. You will greet guests, take orders, process payments, and support food prep and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Prior food service or customer service experience required.
• Able to pass airport security and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Process payments efficiently using the cash register or POS system.
• Provide information about menu items and answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with food preparation or restocking items as needed during shifts.
• Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
