Job summary

ACTS-Aviation Security, Inc. is hiring a Public Safety Liaison Officer at the Denver International Airport to engage with the public, educate on DEN Rules and Regulations, and enforce security procedures.

The role requires interaction with badge holders and coordination with local authorities to verify legitimate access during overnight periods. Responsibilities include de-escalation, incident reporting, and monitoring CCTV.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with under-served/homeless community; minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license; must be at least 21 years old.
• New employees required to complete an FBI fingerprint check (SIDA Badge) and a 10-year background check (10 year listed; 5 year verified).

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public and address incidents involving DEN Rules and Regulations.
• Educate and enforce DEN policies with badge holders.
• Coordinate with Denver Police Department and Terminal Operations on overnight eligibility.
• Document and report incidents per DEN policies and procedures.
• Monitor CCTV and document events, notifying appropriate personnel when necessary.
