Job summary

Paslay Group, a premier executive program management firm, seeks a seasoned Project Controls Manager to lead cost engineering, scheduling, and reporting for high-value aviation development programs.

In this role you will direct project controls, enforce governance, and mentor staff across landside and airside terminals, ensuring compliant, accurate progress tracking and financial control.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Sciences, Business Administration, or related area.
• Fifteen or more years of experience in Project Controls.
• Five or more years working on aviation-related projects.
• Experience on $1B+ projects.
• Leadership skills and experience leading program control functions.
• Directing cost engineering: estimating, cost control, change management, contract management, reporting.
• Expert in planning/budgeting, cost/schedule control, and reporting.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project controls staff and project managers to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Assign scheduling and estimating requests; ensure schedules/estimates are professional and complete.
• Maintain WBS/CBS/EPS/OBS structures for Airport Development.
• Develop standardized project control and document control processes and tools.
• Identify improvements and best practices to improve execution and reporting accuracy.
• Lead monthly project review status meetings and support project managers.
