Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working in food service environment is essential.
• Verbal and written communication in English required to communicate with guests and take orders.
• Experience handling customer service issues.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales tallies.
• Food handlers permit as required by law.
• Brand Certification as required.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Ability to operate a keyboard & POS procedures to pre-check orders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, sell, and maintain food/beverage items.
• Greet guests and take orders in a courteous manner.
• Follow recipes and practice portion control.
• Maintain kitchen/station setup and stock supplies.
• Handle cash transactions and total checks accurately.
• Ensure cleanliness and health standards across shift.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists.
• Inform manager of shortages and communicate with team.
