Responsibilities

• Take orders, receive vendor deliveries, and clean of food items.
• Follow recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish, and present items.
• Maintain setup of the kitchen/station and stock required supplies.
• Assist with opening, ongoing, and closing checklists and report shortages.
