Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
5–7 years of custodial, facilities, transportation, or airport operations experience.

Ability to obtain airport security clearance.
Proficiency with scheduling, reporting, and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily plane train cleaning operations across multiple shifts.
Lead, coach, and develop shift supervisors and cleaning personnel.
Establish cleaning schedules, staffing plans, and priorities.
Monitor performance through inspections and QA programs.
Ensure OSHA compliance and company policies.
Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.
Manage budgets, labor costs, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate with airport operations, maintenance, and security teams.
Investigate and resolve operational issues and customer complaints.
Prepare operational reports and staffing analyses for senior management.
Recruit, train, and evaluate employees; promote safety and continuous improvement.
