PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking an Aircraft Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of cleaners, ensure sanitation and safety standards, inspect post-cleaning quality, and coordinate with airline staff to keep aircraft ready for takeoff.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience, 1 year in hospitality or aircraft cleaning, strong English communication, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or aircraft cleaning services.
• Ability to access and interpret information using electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers, Mobile Devices).
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligibility to obtain required credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs as applicable).
• Airlines operate 24/7; flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of aircraft cleaners.
• Verify cleaning procedures meet aviation standards and safety regulations.
• Train new staff in aircraft cleaning procedures and equipment use.
• Inspect aircraft cabins for cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Develop efficient cleaning schedules to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with airline representatives and airport staff for cleaning requirements.
• Handle and report lost and found items per policies.
• Provide feedback and evaluations for team members.
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations as required.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams for special cleaning needs.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and schedules.
• Demonstrate leadership and provide guidance to the team.
