Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in hospitality or aircraft cleaning services preferred.
• Effective communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access information with electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, Computers).
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of aircraft cleaners.
• Verify cleaning procedures meet aviation standards and safety regulations.
• Train new staff in cleaning procedures and equipment use.
• Inspect aircraft cabins for cleanliness and report issues.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules to minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards.
• Coordinate with airline staff for cleaning requirements.
• Provide feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations as needed.
